Uploader Terms
All the users of our BOOARD community who adds to our community by uploading content to the apps must comply with the terms mentioned in detail below. You will be notified as a user about every violation and report but neglecting or repeating violations intentionally can lead to account termination.
User Terms
We aim to develop an interactive community to provide content and use features like ASK and we here totally believe in free speech but it comes with a responsibility. Violating user policy and making other users uncomfortable by defying policies can lead from days of suspension to termination of the account.
To ensure that Booard remains a safe and respectful platform, we've created standards defining and prohibiting content that is harmful or inappropriate for our users.
NUDITY
We don't allow users to upload content that contains or promotes sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. We don't allow users to upload content that appears to promote a sexual act in exchange for compensation. Content that contains nudity may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific or artistic, and is not gratuitous.
If a user uploads content that violates this policy we may remove the content and repetitive violation may lead to blockage of the account.
Examples of common violations
Depictions of sexual nudity, or sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred, or minimally clothed, and/or where the clothing would not be acceptable in an appropriate public context.
Depictions, animations or illustrations of sex acts, sexually suggestive poses, or the sexual depiction of body parts.
Content that depicts or are functionally sexual aids, sex guides, illegal sexual themes, and fetishes.
Content that is lewd or profane – including but not limited to content that may contain profanity, slurs, explicit text, or adult/sexual keywords.
Content that depicts, describes, or encourages bestiality.

False Information, Spam, Scam Fraud
We don't allow content that promotes any false information leading to violence, chaos , fraud etc. We have a strict policy that prohibits users to upload contents that lures the users into scams and avoids user from putting up same contents again and again to earn likes and views.
Hate speech
We don't allow content that promotes violence or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization. If a user uploads content that violates this policy we may remove the content and repetitive violation may lead to blockage of the account.
Examples
Graphic depictions or descriptions of realistic violence or violent threats to any person or animal.
Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, choking games, or other acts where serious injury or death may result.
Terrorist content
We don't permit terrorist organizations to publish content for any purpose, including recruitment.
We don't allow users to upload content related to terrorism, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence or celebrates terrorist attacks. If posting content related to terrorism for an educational, documentary, scientific or artistic purpose, be mindful to provide relevant EDSA context in descriptions.
Dangerous movements and organizations
We do not permit movements or organizations that have engaged in, prepared for or claimed responsibility for acts of violence against civilians, countries, or organizations.
We don't allow content related to planning, preparing or glorifying violence against civilians, countries, or organizations.
Bullying and harassment
We don't allow content that contain or facilitate threats, harassment or bullying.
Bullying victims of international or religious conflicts.
Content that seeks to exploit others, including extortion, blackmail, etc.
Posting content in order to humiliate someone publicly.
Harassing victims, or their friends and families, of a tragic event.
Dangerous products
We don't allow users to upload content that facilitates the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories.
Restricted accessories include those that enable a firearm to simulate automatic fire or convert a firearm to automatic fire (e.g. bump stocks, Gatling triggers, drop-in auto sears, conversion kits), and magazines or belts carrying more than 30 rounds.
We don't allow contents that provide instructions for the manufacture of explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or other weapons. This includes instructions on how to convert a firearm to automatic, or simulated automatic, firing capabilities.
Intoxication Products

We don't allow users to upload content that facilitates the sale of tobacco (including e-cigarettes and vape pens)marijuana or marijuana products or encourage the illegal or inappropriate use of products. We prohibit private individuals from buying or selling non-medical or pharmaceutical drugs. We also remove content that attempts to trade, co-ordinate the trade of, donate, gift, or ask for non-medical drugs, as well as content that either admits to personal use (unless in the recovery context) or coordinates or promotes the use of non-medical drugs. Booard also prohibits the sale of live animals between private individuals no one may coordinate poaching or selling of endangered species or their parts.
Copyright
As per laws we suggest users to avoid uploading content that may be copyrighted by any other user. If a user claims to have a copyright for any content uploaded by another user so after complete verification the content posted by the user will be removed as per the copyright law. We request the user to use other users' content with proper consent.
